## 它不是什么

- 不是禁止 AI 辅助写作。Google 表示生成式 AI「在研究主题、为原创内容搭建结构时特别有用」（[说法核查：Google 会惩罚 AI 生成的内容](https://geo.casa/zh-cn/foundations/ai-generated-content/)）。
- 不是禁止页面多。只要每个页面都有用，大型网站没有问题。这条政策关注的是目的和价值。
